Walk-ins: We welcome all walk-ins but highly suggest making an appointment, as we cannot guarantee availability.
Appointments: A credit card or voucher/gift certificate number is required for all appointment bookings. We suggest making all appointments a minimum of 24-hours in advance.
Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide adequate time to fill out your form, change and get ready for your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment will regrettably deprive you of your treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late it began.
Late Arrivals: Regardless of the circumstance and prior notification, all late arrivals will only be provided the remaining time of their appointment. We do suggest arriving 15 minutes before your treatment in order check-in and change comfortably as well as enjoy a complimentary beverage.
No Show Policy: All same day no shows will be charged $65 per EACH service. Credit Card information is required upon booking. Please be advised you are responsible for all appointments booked under your Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Appointment cancellations must be done during Spa hours between 10am to 8pm. All cancellations must be made over the phone; Emails will not be accepted as a form of cancellation. Appointments canceled less than 24-hours in advance will be subject to a standard $65 service fee per EACH service.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website or printed material is revised.
Couples Services: May or may not be in the same room, depending on availability
Lash Services: Please keep in mind you are consenting to the procedure at your own risk. If at any time you are uncomfortable with the eyelash extension procedure, please inform the lash specialist and they will use good faith efforts to rectify the problem, including ending the session if I needed. If the lash specialist is uncomfortable applying lashes to you, they will discuss her concerns with the front desk and we may end the session if necessary. By booking a lash service with Red & White Spa Midtown, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from issues relating to this session including allergies or infections. Some clients are more sensitive to glue than others but please keep in mind our glue remains consistent for all clients.
Gratuity: Is not included. Recommend gratuity is 15-20% of the retail price of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.
Tax: Is not included in the base price of services. Please note tax is not covered in vouchers or gift certificates.
Gift Certificates: Discounted monetary gift certificates cannot be applied to the purchase of packages, series, or in combination with any other specials/discounts.
If you are not happy with our service please stop it within the first 15 minutes and we will 1. Reschedule a second visit at no charge or 2. Issue a full refund along with our sincerest apologies!
Refunds are not given for gift cards, packages or series once purchased.
Guests are welcome to transfer packages/series to whomever they would like if they are no longer able to use them.
Voucher/Promotional deals require a credit card and voucher number to schedule an appointment.
All promotional bundle deals (massage + facial) must be performed during the same visit.
Vouchers do not include tax or gratuity.
Voucher has no cash value.
Voucher cannot be combined with any other coupons, deals, or promotions.
Red & White Spa does not offer any Voucher refunds.
Neither the spa nor the Voucher Provider is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Duplicate use or sale of Voucher is prohibited.
Vouchers are only valid for new guests.
Only one voucher per guest will be allowed regardless of which voucher deal/company was used to purchase it.
After Voucher expires customer may use face value for the same service at the retail price.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. However, in our desire to be fair to all, we have adopted the following policies:

You must be 18 years or older.
Valid only for the registered name of member only, membership cannot be transferred.
Booking reservation cannot be guaranteed unless requested in advance.
Red & White Spa reserves the right to revoke Membership at any time with or without cause.
